Ford new england regional service manager andy georgescu [redacted] and [redacted] acknowledged that the ford manufacturing process can cause slag build up resulting in damaged fuel pumps that causes the engine to stall at any time. Attempted to start vehicle in parking lot and it started sputtering and shaking. Engine check light/ oil light and battery light came on. Then, vehicle just shut off. This happened twice.
