The time between the accident and the time i got it fixed ford was very unconcerned and did not answer any of my concerns or questions. My safety was at risk and they did nothing about it.*ak

    2002 ford focus se station wagon. Consumer states problem with automatic transmission. Engine has strong noise. The consumer stated it took three times to fix the transmission. The window regulators were replaced four times, the thermostat housing failed twice which caused coolant leak.
