2012 ford focus. Driver seatbelt got stuck. Could not get out of the car. Took over 15 minutes before i could finally get it to disengage. Now it wont engage. The metal tongue goes in but does not catch. The seatbelt warning continues even when i hold it inside the clasp. I am nervous and distracted now with the seatbelt not working.
