2014 ford focus se transmission recall/ repair. The transmission slips and jerks badly . Was told by ford that this was a know problem for this car with this type transmission , but they would not help me. It is throwing codes for this.

Hard shifts from 1st to 2nd gear. Clutch replaced 4 times issue occurring again. Causes car to jump forward during shift. Has almost caused numerous accidents. I leave 1 car space between me and the car in front of me at complete stops just in case the transmission shifts hard. Has been happening since a few days after purchase in 2014 to present.
