This recall has been since 12/2018 and ford has no parts to fix this. I have called corporate and they do not know when they will get them. This issue has now made the car undrivable and they will not help me. I spent all morning on the phone.

The car shut off on me while driving and i scheduled the dealership to fix it because i found similar issues and a recall but when i dropped my car off they said no recall existed for my car and there is nothing they can about my car.
