Tl* the contact owns a 2003 ford focus. The contact stated that the front passenger side seat belt buckle and retractor was inoperable. The seat belt warning lights was constantly illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who stated that they would replace the seat belt system. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 93,000.
