30 mph car crash, in a city environment. The front end of my car was completely destroyed and airbags didn't deploy nor did my seat belts lock during hard braking, as i crashed into a truck. My body went forward and my head struck the streering wheel, resulting in a concussion. I provided a photo of the crash and have more including photos of inside of the vehicle with no airbag deployment.
